Downpayment Plus® Lenders

If you are a home buyer interested in receiving a Downpayment Plus forgivable loan, you need to contact a lender that can access these funds on your behalf. Only a lender that is a Member of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago (FHLBC) can access DPP funds. In order for lenders to access DPP funds they must enroll with FHLBC and the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, Inc. See the list below of lenders currently participating or follow the the link below to find the list of all Members of the FHLBC. If the lender you are working with doesn’t appear on the list of lenders currently participating, please have your lender contact us and we can determine whether they are eligible to access DPP funding for you.
